Spark Program

Ages 18 Months – 5 Years

Where Curiosity Begins

The Spark Program at Roman Avery Academy is the beginning of a child’s learning journey. Designed for children ages 18 months through 5 years, this stage focuses on nurturing curiosity, confidence, and early academic foundations through hands-on exploration and meaningful experiences.

During the Spark stage, children learn through play, discovery, and guided exploration. Our teachers create a warm, supportive environment where students develop social, emotional, and early academic skills that prepare them for the next stage of learning: Discover (Kindergarten–1st Grade).

At Roman Avery Academy, we believe the spark of curiosity ignites a lifelong love of learning.

Our Approach to Early Learning

Young children learn best through active engagement with their environment. In the Spark Program, we combine play-based learning with early academic development to support the whole child.

Students develop skills in:

• Social and emotional growth
• Creative expression and imagination
• Problem-solving and curiosity-driven exploration

Our goal is to help every child feel confident, capable, and excited to learn.
